Helicobacter pylori test (H. pylori)
The Helicobacter pylori bacteria infects the digestive system. Many people with H. pylori will never have symptoms of infection. But for others, the bacteria can cause a variety of digestive disorders as gastritis (inflammation of the stomach), peptic ulcers (sores in the stomach, small intestine, or esophagus), and certain types of stomach cancer.

Malaria rapid diagnostic test (MRDT)
Malaria is a serious disease caused by a parasite. You get it when an infected mosquito bites you. Malaria is a major cause of death worldwide. Malaria symptoms include chills, flu-like symptoms, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, and jaundice. A blood test can diagnose it. It can be life-threatening.

Widal test
The Widal test is an indirect agglutination test for enteric fever or undulant fever whereby bacteria causing typhoid fever is mixed with a serum containing specific antibodies obtained from an infected individual. In cases of Salmonella infection, it is a demonstration of the presence of O-soma false-positive result. Test results need to be interpreted carefully to account for any history of enteric fever, typhoid vaccination, and the general level of antibodies in the populations in endemic areas of the world.

Hematocrit test (HCT)
A hematocrit test measures the proportion of red blood cells in your blood. Red blood cells carry oxygen throughout your body. Having too few or too many red blood cells can be a sign of certain diseases.

Venereal Disease Research Laboratory test (VDRL)
The Venereal Disease Research Laboratory test is a blood test for syphilis and related non-venereal treponematoses. The VDRL test is used to screen for syphilis and it has high sensitivity.

Rapid plasma reagin (RPR)
A rapid plasma reagin (RPR) test is a blood test used to screen you for syphilis. It measures substances (proteins) called antibodies that are present in the blood of people who may have the disease.

Fasting blood sugar (FBS)
The Fasting blood sugar (FBS) measures blood glucose after you have not eaten for at least 8 hours. It is often the first test done to check for prediabetes and used to diagnose diabetes mellitus.

Microbiological and Pyrogen Test (MPT)
At sufficient levels of concentration and biological activity, exogenous pyrogens that enter a human’s bloodstream can cause fever, diarrhea, vomiting, and fatal endotoxic shock.

Many things can get in the way of us taking care of ourselves, including family caregiving responsibilities, work, social commitments, and more. But, ultimately, when we do take care of ourselves and our needs is when we’re best able to show up for all of the other people and responsibilities in our lives.
