Many things can get in the way of us taking care of ourselves, including family caregiving responsibilities, work, social commitments, and more. But, ultimately, when we do take care of ourselves and our needs is when we’re best able to show up for all of the other people and responsibilities in our lives.

Services offered:

General medical consultation and treatment
A general consultation allows a team of doctors, nurses and midwives to track the progress of its condition, manage disease or disability, prevent future or potential health issues, improve life and movement, and extend life as much as possible.

Minor surgery
Minor surgery is a relatively painless and fairly quick procedure. It generally takes 20 to 30 minutes. Most procedures are carried out using local anaesthetic. This is an injection given around the site of the operation. Performing minor surgeries that are less invasive can shorten a patient's recovery time and effectively reduce their risk of infection.

HIV testing and counselling (HTC)
The HIV testing and counselling is a package service intended to know the HIV status. HIV-negative individuals should be provided with information and material that help to remain HIV negative. HIV-positive individuals should be informed of their options and advised and referred for further care, treatment and support services as needed.

Family planning
Family planning is the consideration of the number of children a person wishes to have, including the choice to have no children, and the age at which they wish to have them. Things that may play a role on family planning decisions include marital situation, career or work considerations, financial situations.

Antenatal care (ANC)
Antenatal care is the care you get from health professionals during your pregnancy. It's sometimes called pregnancy care. You should start your antenatal care as soon as possible once you know you're pregnant. It includes risk identification and screening, prevention and management of pregnancy-related or concurrent diseases, and health education and promotion. You'll be offered appointments with our midwife.

Ultrasound scan
An ultrasound scan, sometimes called a sonogram, is a procedure that uses high-frequency sound waves to create an image of part of the inside of the body. Ultrasound scan is most often used to examine the heart or an unborn baby in the womb. It can also be used to examine the liver, kidneys and other organs in the tummy and pelvis, as well as other organs or tissues that can be assessed through the skin, such as muscles and joints.
